Thank you for shopping at RICALLY INC. This Refund Policy outlines our refund practices for orders placed through our website RICALLY.COM.
CANCELLATION
Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing the order before it has been processed for shipment. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team at hello@rically.com with your order number and cancellation request. Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
REFUND POLICY
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return the unused and undamaged item(s) with labels and at the original state received within 7 days of receipt for a refund. Please note that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
REFUND PROCESS
Fill out the return form to process your return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Certain items may not be eligible for refunds, such as gift cards or clearance items.
