Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date of purchase. Processing time may vary based on product availability and order volume. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
Our standard shipping fee is $10 and the express shipping fee is $25 within Canada. International shipping rates may vary. We offer two major shipping options for checkout, namely standard and express shipping, allowing you to choose the delivery speed that best suits your needs. Delivery estimates will be provided at the time of checkout and are based on the selected shipping method.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Weather conditions, carrier delays, and remote delivery locations may impact the delivery date.
SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We currently ship within Canada and to the USA. Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to other countries at this time. We also do not ship to P.O. boxes.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. You can track your package using this number on the carrier's website to get real-time updates on the delivery status.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided for an order. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
